All new clients must either download, complete and return the Counseling Intake Form OR the Client Intake Form 24 hours prior to the first counseling session. The downloaded form must be returned to the email located at bottom of page. The Online Intake Form will be automatically emailed to the counselor and is accessible on one’s phone. The downloaded form must be done on a computer.
Both forms are EXACTLY the SAME. Both are not required. There are just two different forms for submission.

What to Expect
At Abundant Life Biblical Counseling, all clients will have different levels of needs, but one can expect that we would need to meet at least 4-6 times. However, there should be noticeable changes within 2-3 sessions if homework and responsibility are high priorities. The goal is to help others see where/why they are believing lies, trapped in the past, and struggling with present relationships and circumstances. Biblical Truth will be applied along with other methods that will help the individual know how to positively respond to the present situations with the right mindset. Clients will learn to walk in freedom on their own without the guidance of a counselor as they come to know God's Truth and their identity in Christ.
